This book is amazing. I would recomend it to any person who is thinking of becoing vegan or is vegan. It is not just a cook book, she also talks about the benifits of becoming vegan and why you should. I have only made a few of the recipies from the book so far but they have been really good. There are some recipies that you will probably have to work your way up to if your a pickie eater like me but there are a lot of simple recipies to start off with and tons of vegan desserts that I can’t wait to try.
